Regarding Gown Cleaning:
You do not have to be an alterations client to have us clean your gown.
For gown cleaning, you do not need a drop-off appointment.
Just text us to set up a general time that our hours align with yours to swing by.
Always text before coming, because hours vary, but our drop off hours are usually: Tuesday, 11-4, Thursday, 10-10, & Friday 10-5.

I’m so glad to see that you are inquiring about our services.

Read these pointers before filling out the appointment request form:
-We only alter light-colored wedding gowns
-We are fully booked for brides who are getting married before October of 2026.
That’s means, if you are getting married in August or September of 2026, for example, we are booked-up and cannot do your alterations.

We can do that, usually regardless of the deadline.
Cleaning rush services provide your dress back in as fast as 48 hours!
You do not have to be an alterations client to have your dress cleaned by us.
We apologize, but do not give referrals.

Due to the volume of requests this time of year, it often takes 2 weeks or more before we can reach back out to book you.
